I don't know what it is about these berries that fascinate me so. I just think they are so beautiful, even though most of the time they aren't covered with snow. They are brilliantly red in an ordinarily dreary season. These grow on Nandina, commonly called Heavenly Bamboo. They just make me happy! :-)

ReplyDeleteThey're oh so pretty with the added snow! We have berries similar to that, tho I have no idea what bush they grown on .. and I too am so drawn to them during the drabby winter months. Great photo, Suzanne!
